Returns and Exchanges Policy
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges:
- Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Return items within 14 days of delivery.
Cancellations:
We do not accept cancellations, except when your order has already been dispatched. In such cases, please reach out to us if you encounter any issues with your order.
Non-returnable or Exchangeable Items:
Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns unless the items are damaged or defective. These items include:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for hygiene/health reasons)
Return and Exchange Details:
Digital Products:
It is the customer's responsibility to carefully read the product description and preview the details before making a purchase. For custom orders, customers must ensure the accuracy of the information, such as correct spelling and details for the digital print. Quotello cannot be held responsible for errors made by the customer. Any corrections will incur an additional charge.
All digital product sales are final, and refunds will not be provided. Please ensure you are completely satisfied before making your purchase. However, if there are any issues, I will do my best to address them. Customized prints will be shown to the customer before purchase, so it is important to ensure all details are correct before finalizing the sale.
Physical Products:
If you are not satisfied with your physical product, please contact us before leaving any negative reviews. We are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience and will work with you to resolve any issues. However, please read the product details, including processing time, before making your purchase to avoid misunderstandings.
- No cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted if the requirements mentioned above are not met.
- We are not responsible for changes to your shipping address after the order has been placed. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, we will resend it once you have paid for the additional shipping fees.
Damaged Items:
If any product is damaged during shipping, we will either replace the product or issue a refund. However, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item.
Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for a replacement to be processed.
